FEES TO THE FARM CONNECT CENTRAL DISTRIBUTION CENTRE
- Head Office pays for the courier fees to the Central Distribution Centre situated in Gauteng from all suppliers of products nationally. In other words, all goods ordered by clients are 1st sent to the Central Distribution Centre in Gauteng.
- From the Central Distribution Centre in Gauteng, all Dry Products are sent to:
- Clients who don’t have an Agent
- Agents who have clients that have ordered
- Where Farm Connect does not have an Agent, the client pays the full courier fee which will be quoted separately for after the client’s order was received. The reason for this is that Farm Connect cannot put an upfront fee because each parcel box must be calculated in weight and volume to determine the fees.
- Where Farm Connect has an Agent, all client’s orders are then sent to the Agent and the Agent then delivers the client’s order to his / her door.
- Farm Connect fees for above service is as follows:
- Each client pays R50 for couriered products which is sent to the Agent
- Each client pays his R50 Local Delivery Fee
